I am quite wondering if there are 64 bit DVD rippers for macOS 10.13 High Sierra and if those 32 bit DVD rippers will still be working on High Sierra when system softwares on the Mac will be updated in October?

While ripping DVD to MP4, I’d like the forced subtitles at points in the film where the action takes place in another country. Watching the DVD directly, the subtitles appear automatically when the actors start speaking alien or other languages. I don’t want subtitles throughout the movie, just the ones that appear like they do normally when the language switches over.

As far as I can see, a couple of years ago, most videos are in 30 FPS, but the most recent years, video cameras from Sony, NEEWER, etc, as well as smartphones like iPhone and Samsung, are able to record videos over 60 FPS even 120 FPS. I see a lot of guides on Google that shows you how to convert VOB files to MP4 AVI WMV or whatever video format you need but I don’t think they are quite clear and a major of those so-called VOB converters are giving me trouble when it comes to VOB files that are in a PROTECTED DVD disc especially those from Disney.
