3. Movavi Video Editor
The Movavi video editor is an excellent tool for making videos for birthdays, house parties, travel logs, etc. It lets you create videos that look great. There is a good chance that even if you’re a complete novice at video editing, you can quickly learn how to do it with Movavi.
Make sure you have imported your videos and opened the background tab. Choose a picture and then choose “Add Video Track.” Click the “Add Video Track” button and move your video along the track. When you’re done, go to properties and click “Picture in Picture” to change the background on the video. You can apply the changes and then save and export the video.
